Shift: Monday to Friday | 11:00 PM to 07:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Description:
Serve as the first point of contact for staff needing assistance with Epic functionality and workflows.
Provide hands-on support during new Epic implementations, upgrades, and go-lives.
Assist in developing and delivering training and refresher sessions for end-users.
Identify, document, and escalate Epic issues or enhancement requests to IT/Clinical Informatics teams.
Participate in testing new Epic functionality and upgrades; provide feedback on usability.
Collaborate with department leadership and IT to optimize Epic workflows and improve staff efficiency.
Monitor compliance with documentation standards and workflow adherence in Epic.
Maintain current knowledge of Epic system updates and functionality relevant to the department.
Act as a change champion for Epic-related initiatives and quality improvement projects.
Participate in superuser meetings, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience using Epic in a clinical or operational role.
Prior experience as a trainer, superuser, or peer support role preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Clinical license or Epic certification (if required by department or role) preferred.
