A day in the life…

• Maintain and enhance existing IBM Cognos reports in both development and production environments
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting solutions
• Utilize Power BI Service for sharing, publishing, and collaborating on reports and dashboards
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
• Data modeling and ETL for the Cognos environment

What we are looking for…

Required

• Ability to manage ETL tools such as RODIN, Informatica, and Azure Data Factory.
• Work with data sources from iSeries DB2, Windows SQL Server, Data Warehouses, and Data Models.
• Work with internal and external cloud platforms.
• Ability to work with SaaS, server and mainframe applications.
• Experience in the Azure Data Warehouse products including Azure Synapse.
• Experience building Azure Data Flow pipelines.
• Experience with python is desired.
• Experience building action orientated companywide dashboards.
• 2-3 years experience using Cognos
