Responsibilities:

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll wear many hats and make a big impact. You’ll:

  • Keep our office running smoothly manage supplies, coordinate lunch meetings, and keep shared spaces welcoming and well-stocked
  • Support team members with accurate, timely expense reports and detailed travel arrangements
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and make sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome
  • Handle mail distribution and assist with document preparation (scanning, emailing, copying, etc.)
  • Manage building access, employee badges, and onboarding support for new team members (both in-office and remote)

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills you like to keep things moving and check things off your list
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with travel coordination and expense reporting
  • A welcoming, can-do attitude and a professional presence
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving company
