Are you an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney looking to join a dynamic legal team? My client is seeking a mid to senior level associate with at least three years of hands-on experience to support a thriving national and international insurance coverage practice. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate globally within an inclusive and professional culture. This opportunity is open in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices.

• Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of insurance coverage matters across various industries and policy types.
• Represent clients in complex insurance disputes, including litigation involving coverage determinations, claims handling practices, and extra-contractual liability.
• Advise and support a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, including corporations, insurers, reinsurers, and institutional policyholders.

• Insurance Coverage Experience: At least three years of proven expertise in handling insurance coverage cases, including policy analysis and interpretation.
• Bad Faith Claims Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage cases related to bad faith claims with confidence and precision.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively collaborate and liaise with clients, colleagues, and global teams.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to case preparation and documentation is essential for success in this role.
• Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in Florida.
• Additional bar admissions in other states are a plus.

compensation ranges from $125,000 to $220,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law
