We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to internal teams. The ideal candidate will help manage daily tasks, streamline workflows, and ensure timely communication in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
Perform data entry, file management, and record maintenance
Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners
Assist with task tracking, follow-ups, and general administrative support
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
