Job Title : Sales Executive/Sr Executive – Sales
Location : Pune, Hyderabad, Nashik, Delhi
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hardcore sales, B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, business development, and business expansion. Candidates with experience in hospitality, housekeeping chemicals or facility management are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and establish corporate tie-ups to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and corporate partners.
- Present and pitch business proposals and service offerings to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, presentations, and proposals using MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in hardcore sales, B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, and business development.
- Industry Preference: Candidates from hospitality, facility management, or related industries preferred. Not suitable for FMCG, channel sales, or institutional sales backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term B2B relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
