FINANCE MANAGER

1.Finance

i. Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Focus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L, balance sheet activity, and cash flow statement
  • Forecasting and budgeting the funds requirement (capex or opex).
  • Manage the annual operating plan, quarterly or periodic forecast, monthly reviews,
  • variance analysis, MIS etc.
  • Monitoring company P&L, securing financing, and preparing strategic business plans to ensure the smooth continuity of operations and business growth.

ii. Provide back-up documentation and duly supported explanations to Auditors. Ensure all accounts are current and up-to-date.

2. Accounts & Taxation

i. Check and authorize all Petty Cash expenditure / Finalizing and filing all returns as required by law viz., GST TDS, Income Tax etc.

ii. A/c Payable:

  • Timely payment of the vendors on due date.
  • Accounting the invoices and payments in the system.

iii. A/c Receivable:

  • Invoicing and recovering of the payments for goods and services.
  • Performing account reconciliation and producing financial and management reports.

3. Education & Experience:

  • Experience : 4-5 years
  • Education : CA intermediate
  • Location: HO, Mumbai

4. Skills:

  • Team handling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in the construction of financial plans monthly, quarterly, annual forecast in a finance reporting environment.
  • Strong accounting and finance skills in addition to analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment who works effectively with the key stakeholders.
