Title Services Specialist
Location: Carrollton, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
Pay $18.43/hr - 22.50/hr
Mon - Fri regular business hours
ROLE IMPACT
This position ensures smooth and accurate processing of title-related assets through each stage of completion or closure. The Specialist plays a key role in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and timely communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments, directly supporting overall operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage title portfolios, assignments, and documentation through to completion within established queues and timelines
• Review and process all incoming documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and client standards
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for timely resolution
• Respond to client and vendor inquiries via phone, email, or portal communication
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to facilitate title clearance and re-conveyance processes
• Validate information for correctness, track errors, and maintain compliance documentation
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and identify potential risks or process gaps
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in title processing or related real estate operations (REO experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Title management platforms such as ResNet, iVendor, and Equator
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in regulatory compliance and title documentation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proven success in managing multiple priorities within structured workflows
