Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Accounting Clerk for an immediate start in Pasadena, California. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with advanced Excel skills and financial experience to join a professional environment in Pasadena. The client is looking to hire immediately for this onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to manage accounting tasks.
• Handle financial tasks with accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Work in a professional environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the accounting department.
• Provide support in other accounting functions as required.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to take an Excel assessment.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Commitment to a long-term temporary role, with full-time availability from Monday to Friday.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Benefits

This is an ongoing temporary role offering competitive hourly pay of $22-$24. It provides an excellent opportunity to work in a professional setting and gain valuable experience in accounting.
