Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Pay Rate: $24 – $30 per hour (non-exempt, based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamicteam. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for data analysis and an interest in optimizing entire supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support the development of forecasting models and drive operational improvements.
• Conduct in-depth Excel-based analysis using functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and other advanced data manipulation techniques.
• Assist in the enhancement and creation of reporting dashboards using Power BI, delivering insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain, including logistics, procurement, import operations, and inventory management.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and project deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Solver, pivot tables, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Python (preferably Colab), MySQL, and Power BI is required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
