Skills & Experience:
Hands on experience working with machine systems, including hydraulics, electrical, power train and engines.
Demonstrated experience and comfort developing and delivering presentations to both large and small audiences.
Experience in the training and development field related to instructional design, needs assessment and curriculum development
Responsibilities & Duties:
Develop and deliver parts and technical certification courses for Client’s compact construction equipment product line
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to create training and materials
Collaborate with Client and Dealer personal to align training deliverables
