Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Fully Remote

Compensation: This role offers a competitive base salary + uncapped commission, with a clear growth path and strong earning potential.

What You Bring:

A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Excellent communication & listening skills with a customer-first mindset
A self-starter mindset with a drive for achievement
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software (a plus, but not required)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated success in remote work, internships, or academic projects
Cold calling experience (a plus, but not required)
