Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Setting up computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with computer systems networks and peripherals
• Assisting users with technical issues providing guidance and ensuring systems are running efficiently
• Maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks including performance and security
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware upgrading software and ensuring compatibility
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to IT procedures configurations and troubleshooting steps
• Potentially providing training to users on how to effectively use technology resources

Mandatory Skills : Desktop Support, Networking, Ticketing, Intune or SCCM
