Job Description

Use your Respiratory Therapist expertise in a homecare environment at a company with a patient-first philosophy. We are hiring full-time and part-time Respiratory Therapists with top-notch clinical skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive pediatric and adult home respiratory care to patients throughout Colorado. Our respiratory therapists are known for providing excellent care, with the best patient outcome in mind. Successful candidates display excellent bed-side manners, a strong work ethic, ability to work autonomously and are ready to be a contributing member of a team. We are seeking candidates with availability during the Monday-Friday work-week. Respiratory Therapists have access to company vehicles for patient visits.

Job duties include:

  • Deliver sound clinical care while working independently
  • Provide comprehensive education & training for patients & caregivers
  • Set up and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment
  • Conduct home respiratory visits and patient follow ups
  • Provide best-quality care to patient population ranging from infant to adult
  • Deliver and set-up respiratory equipment in patient homes and facilities
  • Perform on-call duties 6-8 days per month, this includes one 3-day weekend per month (on-call time compensation includes a stipend plus hourly wage for time worked while on-call)

Qualifications:

  • MUST have a current Colorado RT license, and hold either RRT or CRT credentials
  • BLS or ACLS required
  • Previous ventilator experience required
  • 1-year acute/long-term care experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
