Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and enhancing our organization's public image through effective communication strategies and media relations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing PR campaigns that align with our business objectives and values.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly
Location: Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate media events, press conferences, and other public relations activities.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing reports to track the effectiveness of PR strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Manage and update the organization's media contacts database.,

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools.
• Experience in conducting research and compiling reports on PR initiatives.
