$28 to $31 per hour

Production Supervisor , you’ll be the heartbeat of our production floor — guiding, teaching, and keeping everything running smoother than a freshly calibrated press.
What You’ll Do As a
Production Supervisor , you’ll:
- Lead from the front — hands-on, present, and ready to tackle challenges directly.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of tooling and equipment, including hand tools and presses.
- Maintain top-tier quality standards through inspection and process improvement.
- Get involved in RMA activities and quality dispositions.
- Interpret prints, drawings, and blueprints to spot critical build requirements.
- Train and onboard team members with patience and clear communication.
- Use ERP systems effectively and leverage testing software such as Kimax and Camie Cable.
You’ll be surrounded by the exciting world of
electronics , collaborating with a dedicated crew that values teamwork and laughter as much as precision.
Who You Are - Our ideal Production Supervisor brings:
- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity (or certification) with IPC standards.
- Strong communication skills
- A natural ability to lead with empathy, heart, and respect.
