To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube **Job Description** **Position:** Production Supervisor **Shift:** Nights **Schedule:** 6pm - 6am, 2-2-3 rotation (12-hours) **This position reports to a Production Manager and follows 2-2-3 schedules which includes:** + Three consecutive workdays every other weekend (Friday-Sunday) + Alternating weekends off, with three consecutive days off (Friday-Sunday) + 15 workdays per calendar month, each consisting of a 12-hour shift **The Production Supervisor will oversee both low-density and high-density functional areas, including:** + Packaging + Extrusion + Materials Handling + Automation Systems **Positions under supervision include (33-35 team members):** + Packer + Lead Packer + Machine Operator + Senior Machine Operator + Bailer + Automation Technician + Repro Operator **Role Expectations** This is a hands-on leadership role requiring: + Strong organizational and communication skills + A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement + The ability to lead by example and uphold our corporate values + Proven capability to drive performance across diverse production environments **Our Expectations** We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
