Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager III to join our team. This role requires collaboration across multiple design, engineering, business, and production teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing robust code, creating unit tests, and providing technical support to team members. This position involves developing and maintaining cloud-based applications, influencing software functionality and design, and fostering strong collaboration across operational, technical, and creative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal web applications and services.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and unit tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Communicate technical ideas, challenges, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Contribute to story writing, estimating, and working in short sprint cycles.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Learn and connect with internal and third-party application APIs as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Proficient full-stack developer with advanced experience in React, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Comfortable programming in both PHP and React.
• Understanding of MVC patterns and experience with MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases and document databases.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools like PHP Unit and Cypress (or Selenium).
• Advanced experience with Git for version control.
• Experience connecting to APIs such as Wrike, Box, Slack, and Quip.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
  

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience with containerization via Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Experience with Laravel Livewire and AlpineJS.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with automation tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
  

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Expertise with macOS, Visual Studio Code, Terminal, Jira, Confluence, and iWork suite (Keynote, Pages, and Numbers).
  

Additional Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant development experience.
• Clear and concise communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range: $70 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
