Mortgage Loan Officer — Base + Leads + Non-QM Access (Up to 160bps on Self-Sourced Loans)

Location: Remote Start / In-Office Transition

Employment Type: Full-Time | W-2 | Base + Commission + Benefits

Expected pay: $100k-$250k

Flexpoint Mortgage is a direct lender hiring experienced Loan Officers for our consumer-direct team. We provide daily leads, a base salary, full benefits, in-house operations, and access to loan products most lenders can’t touch — all in a productive, laid-back environment with zero micromanagement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Work provided leads by phone, text, and email using CRM and dialer tools
• Collect and structure loan applications, present loan solutions
• Maintain pipeline activity and follow-up schedule with urgency
• Stay current on guidelines for conventional, government, and non-QM products
• Communicate with borrowers, processors, and internal teams
• Track and manage both provided leads and self-sourced opportunities

✅ Minimum Qualifications:

• Active and valid NMLS ID at time of hire (required)
• Must obtain state licensing in our core states within 30 days (we pay for it)
• 2+ years recent mortgage origination experience
• Internet or consumer-direct experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage outbound calls and CRM pipeline
• Organized, coachable, and driven
