Healthcare Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Business Analyst to support healthcare systems, processes, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate healthcare requirements into effective business and technology solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze healthcare business requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and process flows.
• Analyze healthcare data to support operational efficiency, quality improvement, and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and QA teams to support system implementations and enhancements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of healthcare applications.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and user training materials.
• Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 0 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, clinical, or payer/provider environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR systems, or claims processing.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, ICD-10, CPT) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile or SDLC methodologies preferred.

Additional information:

• Onsite and Hybrid position are available.
• Candidate must be located at US.
• No relocation.
