We have a great opportunity for a proven Executive Assistant in the Newark DE area to support the C-Suite of a $1B+ residential services company including schedule management, meeting management, travel management, preparing documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. This is a hybrid-remote role and will work remotely most of the time but will need to be in the office and travel periodically for key functions.
Responsibilities:
• Duties include meeting scheduling, electronic document filing, tracking, and obtaining document
approvals, taking and publishing meeting minutes, and other duties as assigned.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes and actions as necessary.
• Prepare and consolidate presentation materials and reports.
• Manage relationships with executives, customers, and vendors.
• Appropriately manage confidential information including personnel information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years administrative assistant experience with senior executives.
• Basic knowledge of project management techniques and methods.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information as needed.
• Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors).
