We are a rapidly expanding fundraising organization dedicated to organizing impactful community outreach events for our charity partners. Our unwavering commitment to supporting the community and advancing the missions of our partners has led to a growing demand for our services in the Baton Rouge area. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Charity Event Manager to join our team and help us enhance our outreach efforts and increase donations through innovative fundraising activities.

Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute daily fundraising activities to support our charity partners’ goals.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to develop new strategies for enhancing fundraising efforts through community events and promotions.
• Community Engagement: Clearly and effectively communicate the mission and values of our charity partners to engage and inspire potential donors.
• Donor Relations: Maintain accurate records of donor information and interactions to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
• Event Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of previous events to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning.
• Volunteer Training: Guide and train volunteers on best practices and procedures to ensure successful fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
