An elite Am Law 50 firm is actively seeking a senior-level ECVC Partner to join its thriving Palo Alto office. This is a unique opportunity to integrate into a highly ranked national practice with deep roots in Silicon Valley’s startup and venture capital ecosystem.

You are a seasoned ECVC partner with a strong footprint in the emerging companies and venture capital space. You’ve built trusted relationships with founders, fast-growth companies, and institutional investors, and you’re looking for a platform that can match your ambition and expand your reach. You bring a portable book of business in excess of $5 million , and you’re ready to leverage a top-tier brand, premier client base, and unmatched national resources.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as trusted counsel to startups and scale-ups throughout their lifecycle — from formation to exit.
• Advise top-tier venture capital firms and strategic investors on financings and investments.
• Lead and manage complex venture financings, M&A, and growth transactions.
• Collaborate with a highly integrated national ECVC team and cross-practice experts.
• Continue to grow your practice with the support of business development resources and a tech-forward legal platform.

Requirements:
