Job Description:

The Director of Construction will lead and manage all construction operations for our Telecommunications projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction of cable infrastructure, including installation of cables, equipment, and related facilities. The Director will have multiple managers reporting to them and will act as the liaison between the construction company and the MSOs (Multiple System Operators).

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Manage and support multiple construction managers reporting directly to the Director.
• Serve as the liaison between the construction company and the MSOs. (Multiple System Operators).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong Underground, Aerial and Fiber knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

• This job highly prefers Cable Television Construction leadership experience.
• MSO Field Construction leadership with a full understanding of Cable Television construction is a huge plus. Senior leadership such as Sr Manager or Director leadership experience
