**CTG is seeking to fill a Developer/Software Engineer - UiPath Automation and Agentic AI Development and Support opening for our client in Rochester, MN.** **Location:** Remote **Duties:** - Design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technologies. - Develop and implement Document Understanding automations to streamline document processing. - Participate in the development of automations leveraging UiPath Agentic AI capabilities. - Collaborate with team leads, application analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions. - Provide ongoing support for UiPath automation solutions, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization. - Configure and manage automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Develop robust error handling and exception management mechanisms. - Deploy solutions to production environments and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. - Document and maintain automation architecture, design, and code. - Mentor and train other automation developers and testers on best practices and standards. **Skills:** - Strong hands-on experience with UiPath for designing and implementing complex automated workflows. - Experience with UiPath Document Understanding technologies and AI-driven automation. - Proficiency in integrating automation solutions with various systems and applications using APIs, web services, and databases. - Solid understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and scripting languages. - Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. **Experience:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in automation design, architecture, and development using automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting languages. - Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath. - Experience designing and architecting automation solutions for enterprise environments is preferred. - Experience in supporting, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions in production environments. - UiPath certification is highly preferred. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $78.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
