About Us: Island Home & Estate Management (IHEM) specializes in simplifying the care of seasonal homes and coastal estates, delivering superior customer service and hospitality. We are seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to maintain the interior of our clients' properties.

Who You Are:  We are seeking both a part-time and full time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate for these positions should have a strong work ethic, is a team player, has a keen eye for detail, loves organization, has experience working in high end homes and speaks fluent English. Our schedules are very flexible - our part-time opportunity is a great fit for stay-at-home moms!

This position is starting between $18-$24 per hour 

What You'll Do:

• Daily general housekeeping and routine deep cleaning including cleaning furniture & fixtures, washing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and sweeping assigned areas
• Cleaning sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards
• All laundry duties, including care of fine linens and changing and making the bedding
• Wardrobe organization and management
• Reporting any damages or concerns of furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, windows, curtains to the Property Manager

What You Bring:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Clear English language communicator
• Flexible on shift schedules
• Ability to multi-task and rapidly get high quality work done
• Must have valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Clear background check
