Job Description

WorkBeast is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects for a company specializing in the design, engineering, and installation of solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. As the Construction On-Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities.
• Manage project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Monitor project progress
• Coordinate with project managers to resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project completion.
• Supervise and mentor construction crew members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Electrical License is a PLUS.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and experience in solar construction is a plus.
