Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for multifamily construction projects. This role oversees daily field activities, ensures quality and safety compliance, and drives projects to successful, on-time completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance. Enforce safety standards (OSHA, HAZCOM, NFPA). Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6). Ensure work meets design specifications, budget, and timelines. Maintain accurate as-built drawings and site plans. Serve as the main on-site contact for owners, consultants, and inspectors. Mentor and supervise Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers. Qualifications: 5-7 years of field supervision experience (multifamily preferred). Bachelor's in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in ProCore, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, and MS Office. OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred. Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed.
