Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee K-8 school construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational facility construction ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for K-8 school projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and site personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong communication with school district representatives and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with at least 3 years in K-8 school construction.
• Strong knowledge of educational facility requirements and building codes.
• Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore Builder trend).
• OSHA certification preferred.
