About the Role:

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience managing or supporting construction projects and are ready to take on more responsibility. These roles involve working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily job site operations and ensure projects remain on track
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders
• Maintain quality and safety standards on-site
• Assist with documentation, RFIs, and change orders

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management or similar role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable reading blueprints and construction documents
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
