**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking ten dedicated construction laborers to join our team. Your primary duties will include moving materials for solar installers, picking up trash behind the installation team, and providing overall support for the project. This role requires comfort working at height on a flat rooftop surface. **Responsibilities** + Move materials for solar installers. + Pick up trash behind the installation team. + Provide overall project support. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the rooftop. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mechanical and general labor. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + 2+ years of construction experience. + Ability to lift 30 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with solar installations is a plus. + Comfort and experience working on rooftops is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing mechanical subcontractor company that services the Southeast. Work hours are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work. This role involves wearing appropriate work clothing on-site and does not include per diem. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Chester, VA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
