• Manage a large caseload, focusing on collections matters for financial institutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance regulations and legal standards.
• Conduct motion practices and negotiate settlements effectively.
• Represent clients in small claims cases, including bench trials.
• Prepare and review legal documents using case management and document management software.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for case resolution.
• Provide updates and reports on case progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Conveyancer for efficient legal documentation.
• Maintain professionalism while handling sensitive consumer and commercial collections cases.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in collections, PIP, Immigration or Insurance Defense.
• Proficiency in case management software and document management tools.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and consumer protection laws.
• Strong skills in motion practice and settlement negotiations.
• Experience handling small claims cases and bench trials.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Competence in using software like Adobe Acrobat and Conveyancer for legal tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and legal documentation.
