Job Skills / Requirements

TriCorps Security is hiring individuals to monitor and control access to client property.

Applicants must have a flexible schedule, pass a drug and background test, and have reliable transportation to and from job locations. Max 40 hour workweek, but not consecutive.

Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property

Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.

Controls traffic by directing drivers.

Completes reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Following instructions of manager and client to help provide the best service.

Other Requirements Include, But Are Not Limited To

Must appear, dress, and act professionally; tattoos must be covered and must be clean shaven

Must be able to stand for an entire shift (8-12 hrs)

Must continually be aware of his or her surroundings

Must be articulate in verbal and written form

Must practice good judgment in stressful situations

Must be able to interact with people and problem solve

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (Any)

Valid State Driver's License

CLEET Armed license
