Seeking Standards and Work Procedure Specialist for Utility Company in Northern California

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for documenting all standard process and procedure processes of QEWs in the field.
• Review and evaluate current processes
• Processes include controlling conductors, high voltage, hot sticks.
• Specialists will work up to 50% in the field at these Utility locations (Placerville, Tracy, Bay Area, Hollister, San Luis Obispo)
• Attend onsite meetings and trainings.
• Work schedule is hybrid (50% or less in the field, 50% or more working at home)

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW)
• Minimum 8 years of QEW experience
• Journeymen Lineman Certification
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous experience at PG&E
• Previous Management, Lead or Documentation experience.
• Must live 1-2 hours from the Bay Area.

Desired skills:

Project Manager experience

Any Utility experience.

Location : Hybrid Work Schedule

Pay: 60-75/hr w2

Duration : 1-2 years
