About the Role:
You will be on the frontline for our customers, installing new wireless internet service and solving technical issues. Your day will be spent driving a company vehicle to various homes and businesses across Santa Fe and Española, ensuring our customers get fast, reliable service.
Key Responsibilities:
-- Install and configure wireless internet systems at customer premises.
-- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot customer connectivity issues.
-- Work on rooftops and use ladders to install antennas and equipment.
-- Educate customers on how to use their new internet service.
-- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle.
-- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a valid, current driver's license with a clean driving record.
Is comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
Can lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical work.
Has a good grasp of basic computer and smartphone operation.
Is a clear communicator with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
Enjoys working independently but also as part of a supportive team.
No prior professional installation experience? Don't worry! We are committed to training the right person who shows a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
