We are seeking candidates for Warehouse Supervisor roles on the day shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $54,080-$58,240 annually, depending on skills and experience. What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Ensure that the new production line initiatives meet organizational objectives including changes to technology and systems, business processes, and organizational structure
• Strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projects
• Responsible for evaluating and continuous improvement of these processes
• Conduct training of production leads, dock coordinators, distribution clerks as well as inventory control procedures and ensures policies are being followed
• Responsible for the efficient receiving, storage and distribution of all supplies, products
• Assist in set up and control of FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product to our customers as requested
• Recommend and initiate personnel actions of hourly employees with leads, such as hiring, performance evaluations (30-60-90), promotions, and disciplinary measures
• Assist with training and scheduling temporary staffing for assigned production shifts and/or special projects
• Examine and monitor production operations and warehouse operations, systems, and facilities

What you need to become a Warehouse Supervisor:

• 1+ years of experience in Warehousing/transportation is preferred, but not required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge, writing and filing skills required
• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals
• Willingness to work in an office setting or production/warehouse environment
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers and visitors
