We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support content operations and e-commerce management for a growing digital media brand. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts our audience and business growth.
**Your Main Focus Areas:**
1\. **Content Editing & AI Optimization**
- Polish AI-generated first drafts into publication-ready articles ; includes some image generation
- Basic SEO optimization (meta descriptions, headers, keyword placement)
- WordPress (Gutenberg) content management
2\. **Platform Management & Updates**
- WordPress blog maintenance and publishing, including one theme migration
- Kajabi platform updates
- Amazon/WooCommerce product description and other updates
3\. **Administrative & Research Support**
- YouTube, Podcast scheduling and basic community management
- Email campaign setup (templates and scheduling)

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- **Hours:** 15-20 hours/week, flexible
- **Schedule:** Asynchronous-first. Most work Monday–Friday, but you control when you work those hours
- **Communication:** Asana for quick questions, weekly async updates. No mandatory meetings
- **Onboarding:** First 2 weeks include guided training on our systems

? **2+ years VA experience** (or equivalent freelance background)
? **WordPress proficiency**
? **Comfortable with AI tools** (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
? **Detail-oriented** with strong writing/editing skills
? **Independent and Proactive worker** takes the initiative to be helpful, asks clarifying questions and flags issues early
? **Organized & reliable** with systems like Asana, Notion, or similar
