Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across Texas and neighboring states. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily onsite construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and project teams.
• Travel primarily within Texas, with occasional assignments in nearby states.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience with various commercial project types preferred.
