• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
