Job Title: Telecom SME

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite a week)

Job Description:

• Candidate should have 10-12 years of experience working with telecommunication OSS domain
• Prioritize candidates with experience in the Operations Support Systems (OSS) domain of the telecommunications industry, with preference given to those with experience in US-based telecom companies preferably Verizon. Avoid selecting candidates with expertise solely in Business Support Systems (BSS) or charging functions.
• Prior experience of working in Service Assurance Domain is preferred.
• Knowledge of products - Unified Assurance, 1ERP Dispatch Application, Ticketing System
• Wireless - 4G / 5G - Planning, Build, Service / Network Assurance, Performance Management
• Knowledge of Open APIs / Standards (Preferred)
• Knowledge of TMF or similar standards (Preferred)
• Prior experience of working as Domain SME, Business Analyst, Product Manager / Owner is highly preferred
• Experience collaborating with business users/clients and involvement in requirements gathering/design discussions.
• Ownership of assigned responsibilities is expected
• Prior experience of working with business users is preferred
• Effective communication skills are required, including the ability to articulate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Good Presentation skills
