StealthWatch is excited to partner with an innovative, fast-growing Cybersecurity Start-up as the look to scale their team in their new Miami office. Due to their exciting growth plans this year, they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team and help them with their growing customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Be the primary technical point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our clients solutions
• Troubleshoot issues across cloud platforms, endpoints, integrations, and networks
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify, report, and help resolve bugs or feature requests
• Maintain detailed documentation of support tickets and resolutions
• Help develop and refine internal knowledge base and support tools
• Provide best practices to clients to enhance cybersecurity posture

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in technical support and strong experience using SQL
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, and endpoint management
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Microsoft 365)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash), APIs, or cybersecurity tools
