🛠 What You'll Do

You’ll manage and support multiple energy efficiency and retro-commissioning projects —from planning through execution.

• Conduct ASHRAE Level II energy audits on-site
• Develop and verify energy savings calculations
• Perform M&V (Measurement & Verification)
• Lead RCx planning and implementation
• Model building energy performance
• Manage client relationships and subcontracted projects
• Work closely with electric/gas utility incentive programs

You’ll also be a key player in driving process improvements and growth strategies within the company.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not required
• 2–5+ years in Energy, HVAC, or Sustainability Commissioning
• Familiarity with MEP design , HVAC functional testing , BAS controls
• Experience with EnergyStar Portfolio Manager a plus
• Independent and proactive mindset—someone who’s self-directed and ready to lead

📍 Location & Travel

• Office: Edgewater, MD
• ~20% travel to client sites across MD, DC, VA, PA
• Overnight travel (if out of state) fully covered
• 1 WFH day/week after 3 months

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $80–$130K , based on experience
