Job Description

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end experiences with satisfying and novel core mechanics and loops.
  • Partner with Technical Artists and Research Engineers to Integrate high-end character models using state-of-the-art technologies into AR/VR experiences.
  • Work with the teams to evaluate and define the best 3D Realtime approaches and optimization practices.
  • Participate in ideation sessions with creative and technical peers to help plan and troubleshoot the design of our prototype demo experiences.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Portfolio required to view skills / craft
  • Minimum 8+ years of Game development and/or AR/VR prototype experiences. You are an expert in game mechanics and UI systems, demonstrating high end skillsets with level blueprint and realtime graphic optimization.
  • Experience with technical aspects of game design such as coding C# or C++
  • 3D Math fundamentals as applied to game logic.
  • First-hand experience with industry Game production processes and cross-discipline collaboration and communication.
  • Comfortable taking direction, yet also working independently, multi-tasking and self-prioritizing to help various teams meet goals in this quick-moving, highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Unity is required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Visualization, or Computer Animation, including coding and scripting in various languages
  • Previous experience in the creation of Games or interactive VR & AR experiences
  • Experience with real-time analytics tools/languages/process and visual scripting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Houdini and/or Maya is a plus.

Years of Experience: 8+ years of Game Development and/or AR/VR prototype experiences

Degrees/Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Visualization, or Computer Animation, including coding and scripting in various languages.
