Overview We are seeking a Tech Lead Blockchain to drive the technical direction and execution of our blockchain platforms. This role will lead the design and delivery of systems focused on tokenization, stablecoin infrastructure, and real-world asset (RWA) integration, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and cross-chain interoperability. As a hands-on technical leader, you will guide engineering teams, define architecture and standards, and work closely with product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders to build production-grade blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Provide hands-on technical leadership to a team of blockchain engineers Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for smart contract and protocol development Review designs and code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability Own technical decisions and guide teams through complex problem spaces Platform & Smart Contract Development Design and build robust, upgradeable smart contract systems Develop tokenization and digital asset platforms with enterprise-grade reliability Contribute to the design of stablecoin and on-chain settlement infrastructure Ensure contracts are secure, auditable, and scalable Cross-Chain & Interoperability Architect and support cross-chain functionality across EVM-compatible networks Design systems that support multi-chain deployment and interoperability Address security, consistency, and reliability challenges in distributed environments Security & Quality Champion secure development practices and proactive risk mitigation Collaborate with security teams on reviews, audits, and compliance readiness Ensure high test coverage and disciplined release processes Collaboration & Communication Partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Act as a technical escalation point and mentor within the organization Required Experience & Skills Technical Strong experience in blockchain and smart contract development (Solidity / EVM-based platforms) Proven expertise in designing scalable, upgradeable, and secure smart contract systems Experience building tokenized asset platforms or digital currency infrastructure Exposure to cross-chain or multi-chain architectures Strong understanding of blockchain security principles and best practices Leadership & Soft Skills Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineering teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable) Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make and defend technical decisions Experience working with distributed, cross-regional teams Nice to Have Experience with real-world asset (RWA) tokenization or regulated blockchain use cases Background in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure Familiarity with blockchain governance, custody, or compliance-oriented designs What Success Looks Like Secure, scalable blockchain platforms delivered to production Clear technical standards and strong engineering discipline across the team High-quality cross-chain integrations aligned with product goals A motivated, high-performing blockchain engineering team
