### Key Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
- Conduct tax research and assist with tax-related correspondence
- Support tax planning and compliance initiatives
- Manage client information requests and deliverables
- Ensure the accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
- Maintain quality standards in tax preparation and review
- Assist with special tax projects and firm initiatives
- Collaborate with team members, managers, and clients to deliver exceptional service

### What We're Looking For
- Up to 5 years of experience in public accounting
- Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
