About Us:

Imperium Construction Services is a New York City-based construction management firm specializing in commercial and retail interior build-outs. Our clients include top-tier brands who expect precision, quality, and speed. We’re seeking a sharp, experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and keep jobs running on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for commercial and retail interior construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries with daily and 2-week lookahead schedules
• Maintain detailed site documentation, daily logs, and Procore updates
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites; enforce OSHA compliance
• Manage quality control and final punch list execution
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, and serve as a professional, client-facing representative of our team
• Monitor schedule and sequencing to avoid delays and resolve field issues proactively

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial/retail interior construction
• Carpentry background strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades, logistics, and project sequencing
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on finish quality and deadlines
• Client-facing communication skills and confidence managing jobsite relationships
• OSHA 62 certification required
• Familiarity with Procore or other construction management platforms
