Your Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction
✅ Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and construction methodologies
✅ Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
✅ Experience with multifamily, office, retail, K-12, or hospitality projects is a plus
✅ Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control measures
