ATC HEALTHCARE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A STERILE PROCESSING TECHNICIAN ASSIGNMENT FOR A PROMINENT HEALTHCARE FACILITY IN BALTIMORE, MD, USA

Work Type: 13 Week Travel Assignment

Hourly Rate: Local - $26/hr; Travel - $30/hr
Weekly Rate: $1,040-$1,200/Shift
Location: Baltimore, MD
Title: Sterile Tech
Start Date: 11/17/2025
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00)
Shift Note: Mid, Weekends/Holiday Required as Needed
Req: AHA BLS, CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA.
Flu Vaccine Required

Required Minimum Qualifications:

5 Years Acute Care OR Sterile Processing Tech Required
First Time Travelers Accepted
Decontamination and Disinfection Skills Required: Chemical Agents, Disinfectants, HLS, Manual Cleaning Procedures, Labeling, Ultrasonic Cleaner, Use or Washers/Sterilizers
Preparation and Handling Skills Required: Aseptic Technique, Case Cart, Organizing Trays, Placing Instruments on Trays, Preference Cards, Proper Labeling, Proper Selection of Wrapping Materials, Sterilization Wrapping Procedures
Processing Skills Required: Endoscopes, Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Sets/Trays Assembly, Equipment Documentation Sterile Processing Microsystem (SPM)
Specialty Equipment Processing Skills Required: Bariatric, Cardiac, Dental, Ent, Endo, General, Laparoscopic, Neuro, OBGYN, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Transplant, Urology, Vascular
Sterilizations Skills Required: Biological Indicators, Chemical Indicators, Steam Sterilization Testing/monitoring, Steris Testing/Monitoring, Sterrad Testing/Monitoring
