Job Title: Sr. UX Researcher

Location: Bowerman Drive Washington County OR

Duration: 24 Months

What You Will Work On

• Design and execute UX research studies to inform development of mobile and watch apps
• Draw from a variety of human-centered design research methods (interviews, observations, diary studies, prototypes, surveys, user tests, etc.) at diIerent stages of the process
• Partner with design to ideate, prototype, and iterate on new mobile and watch app features
• Lead internal and external field research eIorts
• Help define timelines, facilitate progress, and ensure projects successfully reach their goals
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations that shape the strategy and roadmap

What You Bring

• Bachelors or master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design Research, or related field
• 5+ years of experience conducting UX research in product development environments applying human-centered design approaches and tools to solve complex problems
• A strong ability to scope a research process, gather insights from secondary research, lead fieldwork, and conduct in-context interviews and observation
• Experience working on mobile apps, connected devices, or wearable technology
• Strong storytelling and communication skills - able to influence design and product decisions with evidence
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Dscout, UserTesting.com, and survey platforms
