Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager located in Little Ferry, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily food preparation and cooking, ensuring food quality, and managing culinary staff. Additional responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage operations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
